Unlock Your Libido: 52-Week Sex Drive Transformation (Book Review)

According to WebMD, there's a recent study that showed nearly one-third of women aged 18-59 suffer from a lost interest in sex, and it's not all in their heads.

Everything from life-stress to health issues to a decline in hormones can impact a woman's desire to "get it on" with her man.

In fact, I just spent the past 12 weeks sharing about my own journey through midlife, hormones, and thyroiditis. One area of struggle has been in my labido, or lack thereof.

So I was happy to learn my good friend Bonnie Logsdon Burns of Oysterbed7.com actually published a book called Unlock Your Libido: 52-Week Sex Drive Transformation. Friend, this book is written for the low-labido Christian wife.

Her book is laid out in a weekly calendar format, and each week there are thoughts to consider, scripture to meditate on and a positive affirmation regarding libido at the top of the page.

Your sex drive is not something you can change overnight. It's a process of taking small steps, changing your mindset, and praying God's Word back to Him over the health of the intimate side of your marriage.

Bonny walks the reader through each week/chapter by teaching how God's Word applies to the marriage relationship and bed. I really love this book!
